ABOUT Gutsy

Gutsy was born from a personal journey of deep healing. Our clinic is a sanctuary for those ready to reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and step into a more vibrant, aligned version of themselves.
The name gutsy is a tribute to both the physical gut, where so much of our wellness begins, and the courage it takes to begin a healing journey. It's about being brave enough to show up for yourself and to trust that your body is capable of incredible transformation.

Hi I'm Lucy
A Certified Colon Hydrotherapist with a passion for holistic healing and detoxification.
My journey into this field began with a deeply personal struggle - one that changed my life and ultimately led me to my purpose.
Years ago, I became seriously ill due to mold toxicity. Despite countless visits to doctors and specialists, I couldn't find the answers or relief I desperately needed through conventional medicine.
Frustrated and exhausted I began exploring alternative healing methods - and that's when I discovered Colon Hydrotherapy.
The results were life changing!
Through detoxification and deep internal cleansing, I experienced a profound improvement in my health, energy and overall well being.
Colon hydrotherapy played a crucial role in my recovery and it opened my eyes to the incredible healing potential of the body when given the right support, it also became very clear to me that true healing often begins in the gut.
That experience sparked a passion in me - not only to continue my own healing journey but to help others start theirs. I became a certified colon hydrotherapist and opened Gutsy Colon Hydrotherapy so I could bring the powerful benefits of the open system colon hydrotherapy treatment to others.
At Gutsy my mission is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore gut healing, detoxification and whole body wellness. Whether you're navigating chronic Illness, experiencing unwanted symptoms or simply looking to feel lighter and more vibrant, I'm here to guide and support you.
