How many sessions will I need?
The colon is approximately 5 feet long and can hold a significant amount of waste and toxins over time. While one session is a great introduction to colon hydrotherapy, lasting results are often achieved through a series of treatments.
During your first visit I will take the time to connect with you, understand your wellness goals and guide you towards a session plan that best supports your body and where you are on your healing journey.
