Please read our policies carefully before booking. By booking you agree to these policies.
Bookings
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email. A health intake form must be completed before your first session. We welcome clients aged 18 and over unless discussed prior. If you are under medical care or have any health conditions, please check with your doctor before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less then 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, and no shows will be charged full session fee. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us support all clients effectively
Payment Policy
Payment is due on the day of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. We accept EFTPOS, cash and online payments.
Multi-session packages
For your convenience we offer multi session packages:
* 3 sessions used within two weeks - must be paid in full prior to commencing sessions. Non refundable
* 5 sessions used within one month - must be paid in full prior to commencing sessions. Non refundable
* 10 sessions used within two months - must be paid in full prior to commencing sessions . Non refundable
One Year pre-paid plans
Enjoy the flexibility of ongoing colonic sessions over one year at a discounted price:
$1,888 for 19 sessions to be used within one year.
If all sessions are not used within 12 months of purchase, the remaining balance will be converted to store credit. After 12 months, any additional colonic session will be charged full price of $120 each

$1,999 duo price (to share between two) to be used within one year
For 20 sessions within one year of purchase. If all sessions are not used within 12 months, the remaining balance will be converted to store credit and any additional colonics will be charged at $120 each

Late arrival policy
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so we can stay on schedule for others, If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and a late cancelation fee may apply.
Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, a $40 deposit is required for all new clients. For regular clients a $20 deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

- if you cancel or reschedule your deposit will be forfeited

Health and Safety Policy
Your safety is our priority. Please complete the health intake form honestly and let us know of any changes to your health before your appointment. Colon hydrotherapy may not be suitable for certain medical conditions, recent surgeries or during pregnancy. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not safe for you
Hygiene Policies
We follow strict hygiene protocols, using hospital grade disinfectant and thorough sanitation practices to ensure your comfort and safety in our clinic
Privacy Policy
All your personal and health information is kept strictly confidential and stored securely inline with the New Zealand Privacy Act . We will never share your information without your consent unless required by law.
